HOURLY FEES FOR ROOM-BY-ROOM DECORATING:
Fee for room planning and design, color consultation, shopping for client,
overseeing of contracted labor, room arrangement and staging: $75/hr
(one hour minimum)

LARGE PROJECTS AND REMODELING:
Design fees for large or remodeling projects are assessed at a flat fee of
approximately 10% of the projected budget, but I will pass on 100% of my
designer discounts to you for materials, which range from 5-50%. This can
save you a lot of money (and headaches) in the long run!

MOVE-IN DESIGN:
Design fees to arrange all the furniture, art, and accessories from your
old home into your new space, as well as make suggestions for additional
pieces to make your new house your HOME!: $450/room
(paint color selection, window treatments, and shopping for new items
can be added for an additional $75/hr)

Design fees to help you select the perfect paint colors for your home: $75/color
