Up to 1/2 hour to take measurements & initial photos, and make detailed list of client's concerns, desires, and expectations for the project: FREE. (Initial consultation is for bidding purposes only. No design advice will be given at this time.)
HOME STAGING FOR RESALE:
Walk-thru consultation and detailed "task list" of items you can do on your own to highlight your home's best features: $150.00. Additional staging services to add those "finishing touches" are $50.00/hr. plus rental fees and/or the cost of purchasing the perfect accessories that you can take with you to make your next house a home.

HOURLY FEES:
Fee for room planning & design, color consultation, shopping for client, overseeing of contracted labor, and room arrangement & staging: $50.00/hr.
*If you prefer, a set project fee can be negotiated in lieu of an hourly rate.
